Calling All Future Triathletes! The Pirates are Back!

Are you ready for a summer of "Swim, Bike, Run, FUN"? The Peterborough Pirates Triathlon Club is kicking off the 2026 season, and we want YOU to be part of the crew!

Whether you're a seasoned racer or just looking to learn a new sport, our club is the perfect place for youth (ages 4–20) to build confidence, gain skills, and stay active in a supportive, game-filled environment.

Come join us for our Season Launch & Social Event!

April 14th 6:30 - 8:00 PM Westmount Public School (Gym/Common Area)

We'll be going over our 2026 programs (Active Start, Learn to Train, and more), you'll get to meet the coaches and board, and we'll keep the kids busy with fun activities and play while you get your questions answered.

Triathlon is community, perseverance, and having a blast. Bring a friend and come see what Pirate life is all about!

How to Join the Club

Ready to Join the Pirates?
Click the "Join Now" button below to get started through our registration partner, CCN Bikes.

The process is straightforward but will take about 15–30 minutes , and you'll need to provide a fair bit of information.

Important: As part of the registration process all Pirates members will be required to register with Triathlon Ontario , as they provide insurance coverage for our club activities. This will have an additional fee at checkout.

Registration Steps:

Step 1: Create an account or log in to CCN Bikes
Step 2: Select your desired program
Step 3: Sign up with Triathlon Ontario (if you’re not already a member)
Step 4: Complete all required waivers
Step 5: Choose your t-shirt size for your free Pirates shirt
Step 6: Proceed to checkout and complete your registration

YMCA Monday Night Swim Coaching

Mondays nights are back at the YMCA

Hello. That's right we are back!! Monday night YMCA pool swim coaching will continue Now until June 23, same time 7:30-8:30pm.

Kathy will be coaching Train-to-Train and Train-to-Compete. Thank you to Coach Kirk for coaching this winter.

Helen will be coaching Learn-to-Train. See you at the pool Monday!

2025 Season almost here!

We are happy to inform our current and new members that we are opening registration soon for our Spring and Summer 2025 Season! Stay tuned for more information and watch your e-mail for updates! We will have space for new members this year so please watch the website for when registration opens! Triathlon is a fun sport for kids of all ages and abilities and a great way to stay fit and have fun throughout the spring and summer! We hope to have training programs going for our older and/or more competitive athletes starting early April and for our athletes who are younger and/or just learning to train or training for fun and development athletes starting in May.

Registration will be open mid to late April on CCN Bikes. Stay Tuned!!
